摘要
目的探讨尿阿尔茨海默病相关神经丝蛋白(AD7c-NTP)联合尿甲醛、血清S100B蛋白在AD早期诊断中的价值及其与认知水平的相关性。方法选取113例AD患者作为研究组,70例健康者为水平和MMSE评分,分析联合检测的诊断价值及其与认知水平的相关性。结果研究组尿AD7c-NTP、尿甲醛、血清S100B水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),不同病情严重程度者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合检测ROC曲线下面积0.947,敏感度100.00%,特异度72.00%。研究组中轻度组、中度组和重度组尿AD7c-NTP、尿甲醛、血清S100B水平比较评分呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论 AD患者尿AD7c-NTP、尿甲醛、血清S100B水平显著升高,且与认知功能损伤程度有关,三项指标的联合检测可提高早期AD诊断的价值,还有主语临床病情判断和治疗转归的评价。
        Objective To investigate the value of urine neurofilament protein(AD7c-NTP)combinedwith urinary formaldehyde and serum S100 B protein in early diagnosis of Alzheimer disease and its correlation withcognitive level.Methods113 patients with AD were enrolled in the study group and 70 healthy volunteersentered the control group. Urine AD7c-NTP,urine formaldehyde,serum S100 B and MMSE scores were detectedand compared. Value of diagnosis and its correlation with the patients′ cognitive level were analyzed.ResultsLevelsof urine AD7c-NTP,formaldehyde and serum S100 B in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);there were significant differences among patients with different severity(P < 0.05). The area underROC curve of joint detection was 0.947,the sensitivity was 100% and the specificity was 72%. The differences ofurine AD7c-NTP,urine formaldehyde and serum S100 B in the mild,moderate and severe group of the study groupwere statistically significant(P < 0.05). The levels were negatively correlated with MMSE scores(P < 0.05).ConclusionsThe levels of urine AD7c-NTP,formaldehyde and serum S100 B were significantly higher in ADpatients and were related to the degree of cognitive impairment. It has important clinical value in AD diagnosis andevaluation of prognosis.
