摘要
粘煤的不断积累使煤仓仓壁表面粗糙不平,进而造成原煤在煤仓中的流动受到阻碍,针对这一问题,设计了一种基于液压驱动的摇臂式煤仓清理装置,并对其执行机构进行了分析计算与仿真研究。利用ANSYS软件构建了清仓机执行机构的仿真模型,并在此基础上分别对其进行了结构静力学仿真和模态分析,得到了执行机构旋转截煤工况下的等效应力云图、总变形位移云图和前6阶振型云图。仿真结果表明:摇臂式清仓机执行机构的最大应力值为63.23 MPa,最大变形值为4.06 mm,临界转速值为433.8 r/min,所设计的清仓机强度、刚度及固有频率均满足实际工况的要求。
The accumulation of viscous coal makes the surface of coal bunker rough and uneven, which hinders the flow of raw coal in the bunker. Aiming at this problem, a kind of rocker type coal bunker cleaning device based on hydraulic drive was designed, and its executive mechanism was analyzed,calculated and simulated. Based on the ANSYS software, the simulation model of the executive mechanism of the cleaning machine was constructed, and the structural static simulation and model analysis were carried out respectively. The equivalent stress nephogram, total deformation displacement nephogram and the first six order vibration nephogram of the executive mechanism under the condition of rotating coal cutting were obtained. The simulation results show that the maximum stress, maximum deformation and critical speed of the clearing machine are 63.23 MPa, 4.06 mm and 433.8 r/min respectively. The strength, stiffness and natural frequency of the designed clearing machine meet the requirements of actual working conditions.
