阑尾原发性肿瘤的CT征象特征与手术病理相关性分析

<正>阑尾原发性肿瘤较罕见,1998年Cornnor等~([1])对7970例阑尾手术病理数据库进行统计,发现阑尾原发恶性肿瘤发生率为0.9%左右。约30%～50%的阑尾原发肿瘤患者临床表现均为急性阑尾炎~([2]),术后病理检查时得以确认。阑尾原发性肿瘤肿块较小时常无临床症状,其病情进展与阑尾炎相似,易被误诊,术前诊断直接关系到临床治疗方式的选择。本次研究对本院近3年内经手术病理证实的10例阑尾原发性肿瘤的影像资料进行回顾性分析,以提高对此类肿瘤的认识。1资料与方法
