大型飞机全机静力试验静定支持与约束技术及其应用

摘要
全机静力试验中试验支持与约束方案贯穿整个试验过程,对试验是否能达到验证目的及顺利完成具有很大影响。通过研究提出了全机静力试验静定支持与约束方案设计方法,建立了静定支持与约束理论模型,研制了一套试验静定支持与双向约束装置;并成功应用于某型飞机全机静力试验中。试验中研制的支持与约束系统稳定,能够监控全机试验载荷施加情况,试验结果表明提出的支持与约束技术科学合理,满足试验要求,可为同类试验提供参考。
        The support and restraint technology for static test on full scale aircraft was very important,which has tremendous influence on the goals and successful completion of the test. The design method of support and restraint scheme for static test on full scale aircraft was proposed,and the theory model of statically determinate support and restraint was established too. According to the achievement above-mentioned,an statically determinate support and restraint system was designed and manufactured,which was used on the static test of one aircraft successfully. The statically determinate support and restraint system was steady in the test,which can show the situation of loading.The results of test indicates that the statically determinate support and restraint system was logical and scientific,which can satisfied the require of test and offered reference for similar test.
