摘要
本文采用宏观观察、金相分析、理化检验、解剖分析及特别设计的冰冻模拟试验等方法,研究了NY-630/45耐张线夹不压区鼓胀和开裂的原因与机制,并根据耐张线夹的结构,制定了多种消缺措施,最终通过试验确定了最佳消缺措施。
In this paper,macroscopic observation,metallographic examination,physical testing and chemical examination as well as a specially designed freezing simulation test are mainly used to study the cause and mechanism of bulging and cracking in the non-compressive zone of NY-630/45 tension clamp after long-term service.According to the structure of tension clamp,a variety of corrective actions are put forward and the best corrective action is determined through tests.
