摘要
文中探讨了水资源承载力评价的基本内涵和要素,分析了水资源对社会规模、经济总量的支撑关系。基于我国现有成熟统计口径数据源,建立了水资源承载评价指标体系、评价模型与方法,指出了评价指标及相应的综合评价权重选择和评分的依据。并将指标体系应用于湖州市2014年水资源承载力状况的评价,评价结果体现了对社会经济发展的指导原则。
        Water resources bearing capacity evaluation index system, evaluation model and evaluation methods were discussed in the paper. Based on domestic existing mature statistics caliber data sources, relationship between the water resources bearing capacity and the water resources supporting ability on social scale and total sum of economic values were researched. Selection basis of appropriate evaluation indexes and the corresponding comprehensive evaluation weight as well as grading basis were pointed out. Futhormore, the index system was applied to evaluate water resources bearing capacity in Huzhou City in 2014. The evaluation results reflected the guiding principles for social and economic development.
