微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗手部骨折的临床研究

摘要
进行了微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗手部骨折的临床效果及应用价值分析。全部患者均为2016年4月8日—2017年4月8日雅安市石棉县人民医院收治的96例患者(手部骨折),把患者分为2组(抽签)各48例,分别实施微型钢板螺钉内固定(观察组)以及常规石膏固定(对照组)进行治疗。结果表明:治疗后观察组和对照组的手术时间分别为(37. 79±6. 28、37. 65±6. 14) min、手术出血量分别为(14. 83±3. 22、38. 74±5. 62) m L以及愈合时间分别为(6. 71±1. 34、8. 08±1. 97)周,对比均差异显著(P <0. 05); 2组治疗优良率分别为95. 83%与75. 00%,对比差异显著(P <0. 05); 2组并发症发生率分别为4. 17%与29. 17%,对比差异显著(P <0. 05),说明微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗手部骨折效果显著,值得推广。
To analyze the clinical effect and application value of mini-plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of hand fracture. Methods: Ninety-six patients( hand fractures) admitted toShimian County People's Hospital of Ya'an City were selected. The treatment time was from April 8,2016 to April 8,2017. The patients were divided into two groups( lots) of 48 cases,and mini-plates were implemented respectively. The screw fixation( observation group) and conventional cast immobilization( control group) were used for treatment. Results: After treatment,the operation time of the observation group and the control group were( 37. 79 ± 6. 28,37. 65 ± 6. 14) min,the surgical bleeding volume were( 14. 83 ± 3. 22,38. 74 ± 5. 62) m L,and the healing time were( 6. 71 ± 1. 34,8. 08 ±,respectively). 1. 97) w,the differences were significant( all P < 0. 05).
