摘要
目的探讨非典型皮损及无皮损单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)疑似感染者生殖道分泌物DNA检测的临床意义。方法选取150例疑似HSV感染但无典型症状患者为观察组,以同期150例生殖器典型病变者为对照组,比较2组HSV-Ⅱ型及HSV-Ⅰ型的DNA检测情况。结果观察组HSV检出率20. 00%,显著低于对照组的64. 00%(P <0. 01)。疑似HSV感染男性患者HSV检出率34. 10%,显著低于女性52. 76%(P <0. 05)。结论对非典型皮损或无皮损HSV疑似感染患者,生殖道分泌物DNA检测对HSV感染的诊治及传播的防范具有重要的临床意义。
        Objective To explore the clinical significance of DNA detection in genital secretion of suspected herpes simplex virus( HSV) patients with atypical and non-skin lesions. Methods A total of 150 suspected HSV patients with atypical symptoms were selected as observation group,and 150 patients with typical genital lesions in the same period were selected as control group.The DNA detection results of HSV-Ⅱand HSV-Ⅰwere compared between two groups. Results The detection rate of HSV in the observation group was 20. 00%,which was significantly lower than64. 00% in the control group( P < 0. 01). The detection rate of HSV in male patients with suspected HSV infection was 34. 10%,which was significantly lower than 52. 76% in female patients( P <0. 05). Conclusion DNA For suspected HSV patients with atypical and non-skin lesions,detection of DNA in genital secretion has important significance in diagnosis,treatment and prevention of HSV infection.
