摘要
火炕是我国北方农牧民居住建筑冬季室内供暖的主要设施之一,至今仍在广泛使用。目前火炕的搭建仍然以民间经验为主,普遍存在热舒适度差、热效率低等问题。运用流体力学理论和VENT模拟软件,对直洞火炕的烟气流场分布、旋涡状况进行模拟分析,进而对其烟道进行优化设计,可以明显改善烟气流场分布,大幅减少旋涡区面积,使更大范围的烟道炕洞、炕面板能够接触到高温烟气进而吸蓄、存贮、释放烟气热量,大幅提升火炕热舒适度,也为火炕的优化设计提供了一种新的技术方法。
Kang is one of the main indoor heating facilities for farmers and herdsmen living in winter in northern China, and is still widely used. At present, the construction of Kang is still dominated by folk experience, and there are many problems such as low thermal efficiency, poor thermal comfort and fast cooling. By using the fluid mechanics theory and the VENT simulation software, the flue gas flow field distribution and the eddy current situation are simulated and analyzed, and the flue is optimized. The distribution of smoke flow field can be significantly improved, and the area of the eddy current zone can be greatly reduced, so that a larger range of flue tunnels, sill panels can be exposed to high-temperature flue gas, and can absorb, store, and release flue gas heat, which greatly improves the heat comfort of the Kang. It also provides a new technical method for the optimal design of the Kang.
