朱德增治疗2型糖尿病用药经验的数据挖掘

摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术,总结朱德增治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的用药经验。方法:纳入朱德增临床诊治的T2DM病例,筛选收集就诊处方、建立数据库,对使用频次较高的药物进行聚类分析。结果:在纳入研究的183份处方中,共涉及中药111味,总计2 944味次。归经主要涉及脾、肝、肺、胃经。取使用频次>40次的药物,除甘草外,共计18味。聚类分析将药物聚为3类,涉及酸味药、健脾祛湿药、养阴清热药、活血化瘀药等。结论:朱德增治疗T2DM以酸味药为核心治肝,克除甘浊之邪,重视脾胃功能的恢复,同时兼顾心肺肾。"酸克甘浊、补气化浊、养阴清热、活血化瘀"为朱德增治疗T2DM的核心治法。
Objective: To discover herbal medicine application experience of ZHU De-zeng in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus by data mining. Methods: Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients from Chinese medicine clinic system were collected, to establish clinical prescription database and apply cluster analysis to drugs in the highest frequency. Results: A total of 183 collected prescriptions included 111 drugs with 2 944 times with channel tropism mainly involving spleen, liver, lung and stomach.There were 18 drugs over 40 in frequency except Gancao. Cluster analysis divided 18 drugs into 3 categories, involving sour drugs, strengthening spleen and dispelling dampness drugs, nourishing yin and clearing heat drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs. Conclusion: ZHU De-zeng attaches importance to using sour drugs and recovering functions of spleen and stomach. 'Sour dispelling sweet turbid, reinforcing qi and dispelling dampness, nourishing yin and clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis' are ZHU De-zeng's core treatments method.
