摘要
结核病是由结核分支杆菌感染引起的呼吸道传染病,具有患病率高、死亡率高、感染率高、病例发现率低等的特点,目前的实验室诊断方法多样,但传统方法存在特异性差、耗时长、灵敏度较低等缺点,于是高灵敏度和高特异性兼具的分子诊断技术发展迅速,本文就分子诊断技术在结核及耐药检测中的应用情况作一综述。
        Tuberculosis(TB) is a respiratory infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, with high prevalence rate, high mortality and high infection rate and low case detection rate. The current laboratory diagnostic methods of TB were diverse. Because the traditional method has poor specificity, low sensitivity and time-consuming, molecular diagnosis technology with high sensitivity and high specificity is developing rapidly. This review describes application of the molecular diagnostic technology in the diagnosis of TB and drug-resistant TB detection.
