新型安全型锐器盒的应用及效果分析

摘要
目的分析新型安全型锐器盒的应用效果。方法我院于2017年6月开始实施新型安全型锐器盒,与常规使用的锐器盒进行对比,针对新型安全型锐器盒使用前后院内护理人员各180名进行分析观察,对比两种锐器盒的应用效果。结果两组护理人员在应用前后之间对比的锐器损伤发生率、总穿刺量及锐器伤人数存在显著差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论在临床中实施新型安全型锐器盒的应用效果较为显著,值得临床推广。
Objective The application effect of the new safety sharpener box is analyzed.Method A new type of safety sharpener box was put into practice in our hospital in June 2017,and compared with the conventional one,180 nurses in the hospital before and after the use of the new type safety sharpener box were analyzed and observed,and the application effects of the two kinds of sharpener boxes were compared.Result There were significant differences in the incidence of sharp instrument injury,the total puncture volume and the number of sharp instrument injuries between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of new safety sharpener box in clinic is more remarkable,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
