摘要

机电安装工程包含多个专业设备安装,但归纳起来可以分为设备、连接管线及用户终端三大部分,造价由多种费用共同构成,通过对安装工程造价进行管控,提升工程项目整体质量,降低项目安装成本。论文分析机电设备安装造价的主要特点及影响因素,从材料、报价、设计、监管几个方面阐述机电设备安装造价管理与控制的相关途径。
        Electromechanical installation engineering includes the installation of multiple professional equipment,but can be divided into three parts:equipment,connection pipeline and user terminal.The cost is composed of multiple expenses.By controlling the cost of installation engineering,the overall quality of the engineering project is improved and the installation cost is reduced.This paper analyzes the main characteristics and influencing factors of the installation cost of electromechanical equipment,and expounds the related approaches of the management and control of the installation cost of electromechanical equipment from the aspects of materials,quotation,design and supervision.
