苗医与中医理论在肿瘤治疗中的异同

摘要
从对肿瘤的认识、病因病机、治则治法等方面,对比了苗医与中医理论在肿瘤治疗中的异同。苗医将肿瘤归为龟类病,而中医理论则较为系统全面阐述了不同部位的肿瘤;苗医与中医虽均以"毒"为病机要点,但其内涵不尽相同;在内治法上两者均以攻毒及扶助正气为重点;在外治针刺上,中医"通"为主,苗医则以"透"为要。
From the aspects of understanding of tumor, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and methods, the similarities and differences are compared between Miao doctor and traditional Chinese medicine theory in tumor treatment. On the understanding of tumor, Miao doctor classified it as tortoise disease, and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine explained the tumor in different parts of the body systematically and comprehensively. In the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor, although both of them take "toxin" as the main point of pathogenesis, their connotations are not the same; Both of them focus on attacking drugs and helping the body's vital energy, but TCM dialectical treatment is more precise and flexible. In the external treatment of acupuncture techniques, traditional Chinese medicine "Tong" is the main, Miao medicine is "through" as the main; And in psychotherapy, although the psychological therapy of Miao doctor has certain superstition color, both of them are produced in the purpose of curing disease, and both have certain curative effect in clinical treatment.
