摘要
二里河铅锌矿Ⅱ_1矿体呈马鞍状向东侧伏,鞍部、翼部矿体开采技术条件复杂,最初矿山主要采用分段空场法进行开采,但一直存在损失率、贫化率高,安全系数低等问题。为总结该矿采矿方法的综合应用,介绍了该矿在20余年生产实践中,矿山逐步对采矿工艺进行优化研究,最终矿山根据不同开采技术条件综合采用分段空场法、浅孔留矿法、房柱法的典型方案及其变形方案进行矿石开采,使采矿回收率达到87%、贫化率9.3%,而且有效提高了作业安全性。另外,矿山总结了6类开采技术条件及优选采矿方法原则,对类似开采技术条件的矿山具有借鉴和指导意义。
II_1 ore body of the Erlihe Lead-zinc Mine is saddle-shaped to the east side,and the mining conditions of the saddle and wing ore bodies are complicated.The initial mining mainly used the segmental empty field method for mining,but the loss rate and the depletion rate were always high,low safety factor and other issues.In order to summarize the comprehensive application of the mining method, the mine was introduced in the production practice for more than 20 years,the mine gradually optimized the mining process.Finally,the mine used the segmental empty field method,the shallow hole retention method,the typical method of the room and column method and its deformation scheme to carry out ore mining according to different mining technical conditions.The mining recovery rate is 87%,the depletion rate is 9.3%,and the safety of the operation was effectively improved.In addition,the technical conditions of 6 types of mining and the principles of preferred mining methods were summarized in the mine.It has reference and guiding significance for mines with similar mining technical conditions.
