摘要
促进工作中的性别平等不仅是一项权利问题,从经济发展角度来看,这是明智的做法。工作场所的性别平等要求人们不论性别,都能享有一视同仁的报酬、资源和机会。近几十年来,世界上许多国家在推动性别平等方面取得了重大进展,特别是在教育、卫生和妇女劳动力参与方面。本文基于对案例的定性研究和文献研究,来研究当代中国劳动力市场中(特别是医疗行业中)不同性别的职场经历,以此来展示中国性别观念的最新发展。
