安智灵方治疗老年痴呆临床研究

摘要
目的:观察自拟安智灵方治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年痴呆患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予自拟安智灵方治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率为87.5%(35/40),显著高于对照组的65.0%(26/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安智灵方治疗老年痴呆临床疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of anzhiling decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in control group were given routine treatment;40 patients in the observation group treated with anzhiling treatment group on the basis of statistics.Results:two groups of patients after treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 87.5%(35/40),significantly higher than the control group 65.0%(26/40),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The observation group application with an Zhiling Decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and control group curative effect is obviously improved.
