推拿联合情志护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心理状态及心功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察推拿联合情志护理对慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)患者心理状态及心功能的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年5月就诊于本院的CHF患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组给予芪苈强心胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予推拿联合情志护理治疗。结果:观察组治疗后HYHA分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后抑郁、躯体化、焦虑、恐怖、敌对评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生存质量各领域评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合情志护理可有效改善CHF患者心功能,缓解不良心理状态,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective:To observe the influence of massage combined with emotional nursing on psychological status and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with CHF who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Qili Qiangxin Capsule(QLQXC) for oral treatment,while the observation group was given massage combined with emotional nursing treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the HYHA grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of depression,somatization,anxiety,terror and hostility of the observation group were better than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with emotional nursing can effectively improve the cardiac function of CHF patients,alleviate adverse psychological state and improve the quality of life of patients.
