摘要
渔用疫苗是防治鱼类养殖疾病最有效的方法之一。其中,灭活疫苗是最主要的商品化疫苗,其制备的关键为病原的有效灭活。正确的灭活方法不仅可使病原完全失去活性,还能不破坏抗原,从而制备高效疫苗。化学试剂灭活是最常用的灭活方法。本文介绍了当前渔用疫苗中常见的灭活剂种类、特点、灭活机制、研究应用现状等,并对灭活剂的未来研究方向进行了展望。
        Fish vaccine is one of the most effective ways to prevent fish from diseases. Inactivated vaccine is the most important kind of the commercial fish vaccines,of which the effective pathogen inactivation is the key to preparation. A correct inactivation method may inactivate the pathogens completely while does not destroy the antigens so as to prepare highly effective vaccines. Inactivation with chemical reagents is the most popular inactivation method. In this paper,the type,characteristics,inactivation mechanism and application status of inactivated agents are reviewed,and the research directions of inactivating agents in the future are prospected.
