摘要
分析了无动力模型自由飞投放试验伞降回收的特点,提出了伞降控制系统设计要求及关键点。针对挂飞阶段开伞机构易误触发、在模型失速/尾旋试飞过程中存在失控/改出后离地高度过低风险等问题,设计了双余度伞降控制系统和专用开伞控制程序。论述了系统设计方案与控制原理,以及在模型自由飞试验中的应用情况。试验结果表明,该伞降控制系统满足了模型自由飞投放试验伞降回收要求,提高了开伞可靠性和成功率。
        The characteristics of parachute recovery in powerless drop model free flight test were analyzed,and the design requirements and key points of parachute control system were put forward. For the problems of triggering the parachute opening mechanism by mistake in captive flight phase and the risk of uncontrolled/low ground-leaving height after recovery during model stall/spin flight test,a dual redundancy parachute control system and a special parachute control program were designed. The design scheme and control principle of the system and the application in model free flight test were discussed. Flight test results show that the parachute control system meets the requirements of parachute recovery in model free flight test,and improves the reliability and success rate of opening parachute.
