摘要

电子商务发展速度迅猛,互联网逐步创新,政府不断出台利好政策,使得江苏省农村电子商务快速发展,但也面临很多亟待解决的问题。农村电商物流人才培养更是重点。文章分析了农村电商物流人才的基本现状与需求,电商物流人才体系如何与培训机构相结合,设计有针对性的、系统的"村校企协同"培养体系,可在一定程度上满足农村电子商务发展的迫切需求。
        The development of electronic commerce rapid speed,Internet gradually innovation, the government has introduced favorable policies, making the rural electronic commerce in Jiangsu province obtained further, but also faces many breakthroughs.Rural E-commerce logistics personnel training is more important. This paper analyzes the basic status and demand of rural E-commerce logistics personnel, and how to combine the talent system with the training institutions to design a targeted and systematic" village school enterprise synergy" training system,so as to meet the urgent needs of the development of rural Ecommerce.
