当代中国国家凝聚力的系统构成及增强路径

摘要
国家凝聚力是一个由国家聚合力和民众向心力两个子系统构成的系统。国家聚合力子系统由综合国力的延续力、国家制度的保障力、先进文化的影响力、治国理政的感召力四个要素构成;民众向心力子系统则由民众认同力、民众维护力、民众践行力三个要素构成。当代中国国家凝聚力的增强,必须从系统维护、要素增强入手,即从增强综合国力的延续力着手,在增强国家制度的保障力、治国理政的感召力、先进文化的影响力上着力,并通过民众认同力、民众维护力、民众践行力的培育增强民众向心力。
National cohesive power is a system consisting of two subsystems: national aggregation power and public centripetal power. The subsystem of national aggregation power includes four elements: extending power of overall national strength, support power of national institutions, influence power of advanced culture, and the calling power of national governance; the subsystem of public centripetal power includes three elements: public recognition power, public maintenance power, and public implementation power. We enhance the national cohesive power in current China in two ways: system maintenance and element enhancement. We should start by enhancing the extending power of overall national strength, the support power of national institutions, and the influence power of advanced culture, and strengthen the public centripetal power by cultivating the public recognition power, the public maintenance power, and the public implementation power.
