摘要
"一带一路"倡议作为推动经济全球化的新动能,为我国区域高新技术产业协同发展提供了新的机遇。本文基于"一带一路"视角,构建区域高新技术产业创新效率评价指标体系,实证研究表明:政府政策的作用、经济的开放程度、东中西的区域发展差异等是制约创新效率的重要因素。建议实施跨区域规划、发挥区域特色优势、加大政策扶持、加强区域科技资源共享、加大科技创新投入等,以促进区域高新技术产业协同创新发展。
        The Belt and Road Initiative as a new dynamic to promote economic globalization has provided new opportunities for the development of China's regional high-tech industries. Based on the perspective of the Belt and Road, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the innovation efficiency of regional high-tech industry. The results show that the role of government policy, the degree of economic openness, and the regional development differences between the eastern and central western regions are the important factors that restrict the efficiency of innovation. The paper puts forward suggestions to carry out the cooperative innovation development, such as the implementation of the cross regional planning, the advantages of regional characteristics, the increase of policy support, the strengthening of the sharing of regional scientific and technological resources, and increasing the investment in scientific and technological innovation.
