《针灸大成》中照海穴探析

摘要
通过查阅《针灸大成》中关于照海的相关记载,探讨其临床应用特点。照海为肾经腧穴,通阴跷脉,为"阴中阳穴",具肾气归聚似海的特性。有清热利湿、疏通肢体气血、滋阴益肾、固肾束带、利咽明目等作用,可治脾胃、肢体经络、妇科、五官、津液等病症,临床应用十分广泛。
The clinical application of Zhaohai( KI6) was explored by reviewing its relevant records in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. KI6 is the point of the Kidney Meridian,merging with the Yin Heel Vessel. It's the yin point having the effect of yang point,where is Kidney-qi gathering. The functions of the point include clearing away heat and dampness,promoting qi and blood of the limbs,nourishing Kidney-yin,solidifying Kidney and Belt Vessel,as well as clearing pharyngeal and improving vision. It can widely used to treat diseases of Spleen and Stomach, meridian diseases of limbs, diseases of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology,as well as diseases of body fluid.
