双重网络嵌入性、吸收能力对创新绩效的影响研究——基于258家跨国制造企业的面板数据

摘要
文章基于国际化理论和网络嵌入性理论,利用2009-2015年沪深A股258家跨国制造企业的面板数据,实证检验双重网络嵌入性、吸收能力与创新绩效的关系。研究表明:跨国公司的网络嵌入性具有双重特征,双重网络嵌入性对创新绩效具有正向的影响,吸收能力正向调节双重网络嵌入性与创新绩效之间的关系。研究结论完善了跨国公司创新绩效影响机制的边界条件,并对促进跨国公司的创新发展具有积极的借鉴意义。
Based on internationalization theory and network embedding theory,this paper empirically tests the impacts of dual embeddedness of networks and absorptive capacity on innovation performance,using the panel data of 258 A-share listed multinational manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2009 to 2015. The results show that the network embeddedness of multinational enterprises has dual characteristics. Dual embeddedness of networks have a positive impact on innovation performance. Absorptive capacity positively moderates the relationship between dual embeddedness of networks and innovation performance. The conclusions of this study have improved the boundary conditions of the impact mechanism on multinational enterprises' innovation performance and have a positive reference for promoting the innovation-driven development of multinational manufacturing enterprises.
