摘要

杭州湾大桥的建成与开通,缩短了杭州湾南北两岸之间的运输距离,降低了运输车辆的能源消耗,节约了两岸之间的运输时间,减少了二氧化碳排放量。利用数理统计和量化模型,测算杭州湾跨海大桥开通以来,对周边区域社会和生态效益,评估杭州湾跨海大桥的效益贡献具有重要意义。
        The construction and operation of the Hangzhou Bay Sea Cross Bridge shortened the distance between the two sides of the Hangzhou Bay.,reduced the energy consumption of transport vehicles,saved the transportation time and reduced carbon dioxide emissions. In this paper,mathematical statistics and quantitative models are used to measure the social and ecological benefits of the Hangzhou Bay Sea Cross Bridge since its operation. It is of great significance to evaluate the benefit contribution of Hangzhou Bay Sea Cross Bridge.
