摘要

为提高选煤厂带式输送机运输效率,降低输送机故障率,以西山煤电集团马兰矿选煤厂为例,分析研究了选煤厂电机驱动输送机软启动控制方法,常见故障及处理措施,力求保证输送机安全高效运转。
        In order to improve the transport efficiency of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant and reduce the failure rate of conveyer, taking Ma Lan Coal preparation Plant of Xishan Coal and Power Group as an example, the soft start control method of motor driven conveyor in coal preparation plant is analyzed and studied. Common faults and treatment measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of conveyors.
