米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效
摘要
目的观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 80例子宫肌瘤患者予口服米非司酮10mg,每日1次,连服3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后运用彩色超声测量子宫体积及最大肌瘤大小,观察不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后子宫和最大子宫肌瘤体积均缩小[(240.72±61.73)cm~3 vs.(302.83±76.51)cm~3和(30.17±15.07)cm~3 vs.(45.37±21.41)cm~3](P<0.05或P<0.01)。4例患者出现轻度转氨酶升高,予口服保肝药物后降至正常范围;无肾功能损害病例出现。结论口服米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,不良反应少。
