国内医疗健康领域移动应用的研究与分析

摘要
随着"互联网+医疗"的快速发展,以及人们的健康意识增强,改变了传统的医疗模式和自我健康管理的方式.在这种趋势下,文章对中国移动健康应用进行综合研究,重点关注其主要功能.选取42个医疗应用和25个健康保健应用作为功能分析的基础,以说明中国移动健康应用的现状.该研究将这些应用的主要功能分为2大类,包括基础核心功能和新兴功能.前一类提供指导咨询、信息资讯、互动社交、预约挂号和在线商城;而后一类则支持门诊线上缴费、健康管理、医护到家、运动激励和远程医疗.文章也指出中国移动健康应用的2个主要局限性,即功能同质性和内容缺乏专业性.
With the rapid development of "internet + medicine" mode, Chinese mobile health apps, the traditional healthcare model and self-management practice for health have been profoundly changed. Under this climate, this article gives a comprehensive survey over Chinese Mobile Health Apps, with a focus on their key functionalities. We examined 42 medical Apps and 25 wellbeing Apps popularly deployed in mainland China to shed light on the current status of Chinese mobile health Apps. The study classifies key functionalities of these Apps into two broad categories, including core functionalities and emerging ones. The former category provides functionalities such as counseling, information services, social interactions, appointment, and online shopping while the latter category supports functionalities such as making online payments for outpatients, health management, home care delivery, sports incentives, and telemedicine. This survey also points out two main limitations of Chinese mobile health Apps, i.e. functional homogeneity and lack of professional content.
