摘要
目的构建护理迷你临床演练评估临床教学模式,并探讨其实施效果。方法以2011级本科护生35人为对照组,2012级本科护生42人为实验组。对照组采用传统实习带教方法带教,实验组采用护理迷你临床演练评估教学模式带教。采用护理迷你临床演练评估量表、实习出科考核成绩、教师教学效能感量表分别对护生与教师进行评价。结果实验组护理迷你临床演练评估量表护理问诊、护理查体、护理诊断、健康咨询、组织效能、整体评价得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);实习平时考核成绩、出科操作成绩、教师教学效能感得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理迷你临床演练评估教学模式可提高临床护理教学质量,实现教学相长。
        Objective To design a clinical mentoring program based on the Nursing-Mini-CEX and to explore its effects.Methods Thirty-five baccalaureate nursing students of Grade 2011 were assigned to control group and received conventional clinical mentoring,while their counterparts of Grade 2012(n=42)were assigned to experimental group and were subjected to a clinical mentoring program designed based on the Nursing-Mini-CEX.Effects were compared between the two groups by using the Nursing-MiniCEX and by conducting examinations before completion of practice in each department.Clinical teachers were invited to fill out the Teaching Efficacy Scale.Results The scores of nursing interviewing skills,physical examination skills,nursing diagnosis skills,counseling skills,organization/efficiency and overall clinical competence measured using the Nursing-Mini-CEX were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The mean usual examination score,and practical examination score before completion of practice in each department teachers′teaching efficacy score were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical mentoring program designed based on the Nursing-Mini-CEX can improve quality of clinical teaching,thus to achieve sustainable development of teaching and learning.
