距腓前韧带损伤影像学检查方法文献回顾

摘要
踝关节扭伤是最常见的运动损伤之一,由于踝关节扭伤多为内翻型损伤,因此外侧副韧带损伤较内侧副韧带损伤更为常见,而在所有踝关节外侧副韧带中,又以距腓前韧带最易受损。早期精确地诊断会为及时的临床治疗奠定良好的基础。本文通过对既往距腓前韧带损伤影像学评估及临床研究文献结果进行总结来综述几种常用影像学检查方法的优劣。
        The ankle sprain is one of the most common sports injuries,mainly with varus injury, thus the lateral collateral ligaments injury is more usual than the medial side. Among all the lateral collateral ligaments, the anterior talofibular ligament is easiest to be hurt. Early and accurate diagnosis will lay a good foundation for the clinical treatment in a timely manner. This article compares the different imaging examinations through reading the related literatures about the imaging evaluation of anterior talofibular ligament injury and its clinical research.
