摘要
<正>尿道下裂是泌尿外科最常见的生殖系统先天畸形之一,手术为唯一的治疗方法;术后可能出现尿道瘘、尿道狭窄等并发症,阴茎头畸形导致外观满意度差[1]。对于合并小阴茎头畸形的患儿手术难度增加,文献报道约30%的尿道下裂患儿合并小阴茎头畸形[2-3],行阴茎头成形难度较大,术后容易发生阴茎头裂开、阴茎头或冠状沟尿道瘘、阴茎头锥型外观等并发症。本文对2014年1月至2017年7月收治
