摘要
目的:探讨高压氧治疗新生儿胆红素血症对新生儿脑损伤的影响。方法:收治新生儿胆红素血症患儿90例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组采用蓝光照射及常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用高压氧治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组血清胆红素消退时间、住院时间、疗效和后遗症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗新生儿胆红素血症的效果显著,能有效减少脑损伤。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neonatal brain damage in patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:90 cases of children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation and conventional medicine,and the treatment group added hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.We compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the time of bilirubin withdrawal,the time of hospitalization,the effect of treatment and the rate of sequelae were all significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was remarkable,and it can effectively reduce brain damage.
