布地奈德联合孟鲁司特对小儿哮喘的应用价值

摘要
目的评价布地奈德与孟鲁司特结合用于哮喘患儿治疗中的临床价值。方法对医院治疗的70例哮喘患儿开展临床分析,选于2016年2月—2018年7月,按照抽签法分为试验组(35例,行布地奈德与孟鲁司特结合治疗)和对照组(35例,行布地奈德治疗),计算两组临床指标。结果试验组治疗两个月后第一秒用力呼气容积测定值、用力肺活量测定值、第一秒用力呼气量和用力肺活量之比、呼吸峰值流速变异率优于对照组,试验组治疗有效统计率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对哮喘患儿实行布地奈德与孟鲁司特结合治疗体现良好临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods 70 children with asthma in the hospital were selected from February 2016 to July 2018. They were divided into the experimental group(35 cases were treated with budesonide combined with montelukast) and the control group(35 cases were treated with budesonide). The clinical indexes of the two groups were calculated. Results The first second forced expiratory volume, forced vital capacity, the ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity and the variation rate of peak respiratory velocity in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after 2 months of treatment. The effective statistical rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of budesonide and montelukast in the treatment of asthmatic children shows good clinical efficacy.
