摘要

建设社会主义新农村是一项重大的历史任务。把物业管理模式引入到新农村社区建设中来,为社会主义新农村建设添砖加瓦,成为政府、物业公司积极探索社会主义新农村建设的新路径。文章以太原市天泉物业管理有限公司管理的"王郭村模式"为例,把现代物业管理的模式引入新农村建设当中,探索出了一条有效改善农村生活环境、推动新农村社区建设的道路,为我省建设社会主义新农村提供了有益的探索。
        Creating a new socialist countryside is a major historic task.The property management mode is introduced into the construction of new rural communities to build a new socialist countryside,which becomes new ways to explore a new socialist countryside for government,property management.This paper explores a new effective ways to improve rural living environment and promote the construction of new rural community with modern property management based on Wangguo Village mode,which is benefit to the new socialist countryside for our country.
