摘要
为提高水曲柳扦插繁殖苗木质量,以1年生水曲柳实生苗为试验材料,研究3种激素(IAA、IBA、NAA)不同浓度和不同处理时间对水曲柳扦插繁殖生根时间、生根率及后期生长情况的影响。结果表明,IBA 200 mg·L~(-1)处理2 h效果最优,生根时间为13.56 d,生根率为75.46%。扦插苗经过1个生长季的生长后,苗高26.19 cm,为对照苗高的2倍以上。
In order to improve seedling quality of cutting propagation of Fraxinus mandshurica, one-year-old Fraxinus mandshurica seedlings were taken as experimental material, and the impacts of three hormones(IAA, IBA and NAA)with different concentrations and different processing time on the rooting time, rooting rate and the growth situation in later stage of Fraxinus mandshurica cutting propagation. The results showed that the IBA 200 mg·L~(-1) processing 2 h presented optimal effect: the rooting time was 13.56 d, the rooting rate was 75.46%, and after a growing season, the height of cutting seedling was 26.19 cm, which more than 2 times of contrast seedlings.
