针对大学生基层就业展开职业生涯规划教育的策略

摘要
现阶段我国大学生基层就业中普遍存在"高不成低不就"的择业观点,原本在毕业生就业形势严峻情况下,引导和鼓励大学生到基层就业,可有效缓解就业压力。但学生受困于传统的就业观念以及择业意识,对基层就业的抗拒心理比较强,不利毕业生就业与择业。提高大学生基层意识,是促进大学生到基层就业的基本前提,通过职业生涯规划教学提高学生基层就业意识,有利于学生树立争取的择业观与制订职业生涯规划。该文从大学生职业生涯规划课程教育现状,围绕教育缺失等原因进行分析,以教育理念,教学内容以及教育方法,教育实践等四方面着手,培养学生基层意识,提出构建大学生职业生涯教育的新模式。
At present, the grass-roots employment of college students in China generally has a career-seeking viewpoint of "high or no low". Originally, under the severe employment situation of graduates, guiding and encouraging college students to work at the grassroots level can effectively alleviate employment pressure. Through the career planning teaching to improve students' awareness of grassroots employment, it is conducive to students to establish a career choice and career planning. This paper analyzes the current situation of college students' career planning curriculum education, and focuses on the lack of education. It starts with four aspects: education concept, teaching content, educational methods and educational practice, cultivates students' grassroots awareness, and proposes a new model for building college students' career education.
