摘要
<正>多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是一种最常见的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,常伴多种情绪障碍,其中抑郁最为常见。文献报道MS伴抑郁的发生率约40%~50%,是普通人群的五倍以上,且发病率逐年升高,给患者、家庭及社会带来巨大负担,因此对MS伴抑郁的研究极为重要~[1]。常规MRI对MS病灶检出率较高,但不能显示脑的微观损伤、功能改变及其病理机制;结构及功能MRI是神经影像领域的新技术,为MS病理生理研究提供了新视角。本
