摘要

生产实习的目的在于增强学生的专业实践能力,将书本上的理论知识应用到实际生产中。同时,生产实习又是提高学生的基本素质和工作竞争能力的重要渠道。本文主要针对玻璃企业生产实习中企业、指导老师及学生三者之间的沟通与自身管理进行阐述,以促进工科本科生实践教学改革的深入发展。
        The purpose of production practice is to improve the professional practice ability of students,which enables students to apply theoretical knowledge from books to the practical production.Meanwhile,the production practice is also an important channel to improve the basic quality and work competitiveness of students.In this paper,the communication and self-management between enterprises,instructors and students in the production internship of glass enterprises are interpreted,which promotes the further development of practical teaching reform for undergraduates in engineering speciality.
