BOT+EPC模式下如何进行公路工程监理职能的转变

摘要
在我国公路工程的建设管理过程中,BOT+EPC模式是近几年提出的一种新的管理模式。该模式下,实现了工程的一体化管理,将工程建设过程中的运营、设计、施工及采购等多个项目有效地整合在一起,进行统一的管理,提高了工程的管理效率。鉴于此,论文对BOT+EPC模式下公路工程监理职能的变化情况方面展开相关论述。
BOT+EPC model is a new management model proposed in recent years during the construction management of highway engineering in China.In this mode,to realize the integration of the project management,engineering construction in the process of operation,design,construction and procurement,and other project together effectively,make unified management,to improve the efficiency of management of the project.In view of this,this paper discusses the changes of highway engineering supervision function under BOT+EPC model.
