股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折32例分析

摘要
目的探讨分析闭合复位微创股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析32例应用闭合复位微创PFNA内固定治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料。结果随访6~15个月,参照Harris髋关节功能评分标准评定:优19例,良11例,可2例,优良率93.75%。结论闭合复位微创PFNA治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折内固定可靠,创伤小,术后髋关节功能恢复好,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by closed reduction proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) through internal fixation in minimally invasive treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 32 unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients, who received closed reduction PFNA through internal fixation for minimally invasive treatment. Results After follow-up for 6~15 months, Harris hip joint function score standard was taken for evaluation, and that showed 19 excellent cases, 11 good cases and 2 moderate cases. Good rate was 93.75%. Conclusion Closed reduction PFNA internal fixation is creditable in minimally invasive treatment of senile unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture, along with small trauma and good postoperative rehabilitation of hip function. It is an effective treatment method.
