摘要
目的探究雅安藏茶对~(60)Coγ射线辐射损伤小鼠的防护作用。方法实验选取48只雄性SPF级小鼠,随机分为:正常对照、辐射对照、阳性对照,以及雅安藏茶低、中、高剂量组共6组。每组连续灌胃对应受试样品15 d,其中灌胃D6,除正常组外,其余组给予剂量为5Gy的~(60)Coγ射线一次性全身照射。灌胃结束后,眼睑采血、解剖,测定外周血细胞、血液抗氧化酶指标(SOD、CAT)、骨髓DNA含量、胸脾指数及小鼠肝脏组织总抗氧化指标(T-SOD、T-AOC)、TP、MDA等相关指标。结果与辐射对照相比,雅安藏茶中剂量组对辐射损伤小鼠的外周血细胞含量明显提高,其中,淋巴细胞(LYM)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)含量分别极显著增加了44%、30%、36%(P<0.01),红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)含量分别显著增加了7%、6%(P<0.05),血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别极显著升高了67%、13%(P<0.01),肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性分别极显著增高71%、17%(P<0.01),肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著下降了27%(P<0.01),小鼠体质量显著升高(P<0.05),股骨骨髓DNA含量极显著增高了26%(P<0.01),缓解脏器免疫器官的损伤。结论雅安藏茶对~(60)Coγ射线辐射损伤小鼠具有较强的防护作用,且具有一定的剂量效应。
        Objective To explore the protective role of Ya'an Tibetan tea in mice irradiated by ~(60)Coγ ray.Methods Forty eight male SPF mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,radiation control group,positive control group,Ya ‘an Tibetan tea low,medium and high dose groups.The mice were given the corresponding treatments for 15 days,and intragastric feeding for 6 days.Except the normal group,other groups were given whole body ~(60)Coγ ray irradiation at a dose of 5 Gy.Peripheral blood cells count and antioxidant indices(SOD,CAT),DNA contents in bone marrow,spleen index and antioxidant indexes(liver tissue T-SOD,T-AOC),TP,MDA and other related indicators were determined.Results Compared with the radiation control,cells in the peripheral blood were significantly higher in Ya'an Tibetan tea groups in radiation injury mice.The lymphocytes(LYM),white blood cells(WBC),platelet(PLT) content were significantly increased by 44%,30%,36%(P<0.01).Red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB) content were increased by 7% and 6%(P<0.05).Blood superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) activities were significantly increased by 67% and 13%(P<0.01).Liver superoxide dismutase(T-SOD).total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were significantly increased by 71%,17%(P<0.01).Malondialdehyde(MDA) content was significantly decreased by 27%(P<0.01).Body weight gain was significantly increased(P<0.05).Bone marrow DNA content was significantly increased by 26%(P<0.01).Conclusion Ya ‘an Tibetan tea has protective effects on radiation injury in mice.
