管理工作精细化的思考

摘要
人类自有意识、有组织活动的历史以来,就存在程度不同的管理。但凡有组织、有团队、有目的、有集体性的活动,就有管理。管理是组织(团队)实现既定目标,组织一定的人、财、物等资源采取一定的方式实现这一目标的过程。因此,组织或团队要实现一定的目标,必须要有有效的管理。论文通过对科学管理的5个层次的阐述,提出具体的实施办法和注意事项,为各个阶层管理人员科学管理人事提供建议和参考。
Since the history of human consciousness and organized activities, there exist different degrees of management. As long as there are organized, team, purposeful, and collective activities, there is management. Management is the process that in order to achieve the set goals, the organization(team) organize certain people, financial resources and other resources to achieve this goal in a certain way. Therefore, to achieve the certain goals, the organization or team must have effective management. Through the exposition of 5 levels of scientific management, the paper puts forward specific implementation methods and matters of attention, so as to provide suggestions and references for all levels of managers to manage personnel scientifically.
