腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年8月鞍山市肿瘤医院普外科收治的40例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机法将其分为观察组(20例)与对照组(20例)。观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标、并发症和结石残留情况、治疗效果。结果观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率、结石残留率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果显著,且结石清除率较高,值得研究。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallstones complicated with common bile duct stones. Methods A total of 40 patients with gallstones and common bile duct stones admitted to the general surgery of Anshan Cancer Hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into the observation groups(20 cases) and the control group(20 cases) according to the computer randomization method. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional open surgery. The surgical indexes, complications and residual stones and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that in the control group, the operation time, the exhaust time and the hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications and residual stones in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallstones complicated with common bile duct stones is very significant, and the stone removal rate is high,which is worthy of study.
