摘要
探讨工艺参数对激光加工烧结钕铁硼的影响,对烧结钕铁硼磁性材料进行激光切割试验,以割缝宽度、R_a和熔渣量为衡量指标。通过正交试验探讨电流、脉宽、频率和氧气压力等工艺参数对切割质量的影响,研究分析得出激光切割烧结钕铁硼的最佳工艺参数。增加电流及氧气气压,降低加工脉宽及频率,有利于提高切割质量。切割截面可分为光亮区和熔融区,工艺参数不同,切割后两个区域所占的面积也不同。
        This article discusses the influence of various process parameters on the laser processing of sintered NdFeB,and tests the sintered Nd FeB magnetic material by laser cutting test. The kerf width,Raand slag amount are used as indices. The effects of current,pulse width,frequency,and oxygen pressure on the cutting quality were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The optimal parameters of laser cutting sintered Nd FeB were studied and analyzed. Increase the current and oxygen pressure,reduce the processing pulse width and frequency,help to improve the cutting quality. The cutting section can be divided into a bright area and a melting area. The process parameters are different,and the area occupied by the two areas after cutting is also different.
