摘要
目的:探讨高、低频重复经颅磁刺激在脑梗死患者运动功能康复中的应用效果。方法:选取某院2017年6月~2018年5月期间收治的78例脑梗死患者,随机分为低频组(39例)与高频组(39例),低频组采用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,高频组采用高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后运动功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量。结果:治疗前两组患者运动功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组上述评分高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高、低频重复经颅磁刺激均可良好改善脑梗死患者的运动能力恢复,可根据实际情况选择治疗频率以促进患者康复。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of high and low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on motor function rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 78 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to a hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into low frequency group(39 cases) and high frequency group(39 cases). The low frequency group was treated with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, while the high frequency group was treated with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Motor function, daily life activity and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in motor function, activities of daily living and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: High and low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the recovery of exercise capacity in patients with cerebral infarction, and the treatment frequency can be selected according to the actual situation to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
