摘要
我国建筑业能耗约占总能耗的28%左右,并有不断增高的趋势。超低能耗建筑和近零能耗建筑由于其具有能耗超低、高热舒适等特点,受到我国建筑行业和相关领域科研人员越来越广泛的关注。本文主要概述了国内外超低/近零能耗建筑发展及研究的现状,并对吉林省在超低/近零能耗建筑领域的研究、示范工程和标准制定情况进行了简要介绍。
        The energy consumption of China's construction industry accounts for about 28% of the total energy consumption,and there is a growing trend.Ultra-low energy buildings and near-zero energy buildings have attracted more and more attention in China's construction industry and researchers in related fields due to their ultra-low energy consumption,high thermal comfort and other characteristics.This paper mainly outlines the development and research status of ultra-low/near zero energy consumption buildings at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the research,demonstration projects and standard-setting situation in the field of ultra-low/near zero energy consumption buildings.
