摘要
为适应铁路桥梁检养修作业智能化发展趋势,固化成熟经验,将信息化技术与检养修流程深度融合,构建了铁路桥梁病害库和管养知识库,包括标准知识库体系和基于BIM的运营养护系统2大模块。对铁路桥梁运维单元进行分类和枚举,并以此为本体,利用IFD (International Framework for Dictionaries)编码实现知识库体系的内在关联,制定了劣化标准库、检查库和维修库的编号规则,形成了作业指导书形式的检查库及维修库。研发了基于BIM的运营养护系统,实现了智能巡检、桥梁病害的统计分析和桥梁状态的定量评分。研究成果升级了检养修管理模式,为铁路桥梁全生命周期信息互反馈和预防性维修提供了条件。
        In order to adapt to the intelligent development trend of performance with inspection,maintenance and repairment of railway bridge,and to solidify mature experience,the defect database and management-maintenance knowledge database of railway bridges were constructed by deeply integrating information technology and maintenance process,including two modules of standard knowledge database system and operation-maintenance system based on BIM. Taking the operation-maintenance units of railway bridges with enumeration method as ontology,the internal connection of knowledge database system by using IFD( International Framework for D ictionaries) classif ication coding was realized,and the numbering rules of deterioration standard library,checking library and rehabilitation library were established,the inspection library and maintenance library based on the form of operation instruction were accomplished.Then the operation-maintenance system based on BIMwas developed,and intelligent inspection,statistical analysis of bridge defects and quantitative evaluation of bridge status were achieved.The results upgraded the management mode of inspection,maintenance and repairment,which provided conditions for the information mutual feedback of the life cycle and preventive maintenance of railway bridges.
