摘要
提出了一种基于多传感器与驱动模块联用的车辆滚动轴承故障智能诊断系统,通过麦克风、振动传感器信号处理及分析,实现铁路段修轴承的故障诊断。该系统通过麦克风信号和共振解调技术识别轴承的剥离型故障,通过振动传感器和统计因子参数识别轴承的非剥离型故障。实验证明该系统在提高轴承检测准确率的同时,大大降低轴承非剥离型故障的漏报率。
