摘要
后补埋件是幕墙结构中常用的埋件形式,其主要是针对前期结构漏埋和错埋位置的一种补救措施,也是幕墙受力体系中极为重要的环节。论文对上海金桥现代产业服务园(Ⅱ期)地铁板块项目中的后补埋件的锚板进行受力分析,采用ANSYS有限元软件对埋板进行实体建模,通过计算分析发现,当埋板承受较大荷载时,仅按规范中对锚板构造要求配置其厚度是不一定满足受力要求的,需要对锚板进行具体的受力分析。
The post-embedded components are the commonly used embedded components in the curtain wall structure. They are mainly used as a remedial measure for the leakage and burying position of the pre-structure, and also an extremely important part of the curtain wall stress system. The paper analyzes the stress of the anchor plate of post-embedding parts for the metro plate project of Shanghai Jinqiao Modern Industrial Service Park(Phase Ⅱ), and uses ANSYS finite element software to carry out the solid modeling of embedded plate. Through calculation and analysis, it is found that when the buried slab is subjected to large loads, the thickness of the anchor slab only according to the structural requirements of the code is not necessarily enough to meet the requirements of the force, so it is necessary to carry out specific stress analysis of the anchor slab.
